Frequently asked questions

How is the commission paid?
Commission is reconciled on the 5th and paid by bank transfer on the 10th of each month. Detailed reports are emailed to you.
Is there a limit on how many rooms I can book at once?
No — agents can book a single room or an entire villa. For MICE bookings of 30+ rooms we provide an extra group discount.
Do I need to prove revenue to be approved?
No. We approve based on tax ID (for companies) or ID + operating history (for individual agents). Approval takes at most 48 hours.
